Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how POD Platform Review (podplatformreview.com) handles information when you read our reviews, comparisons and tools. We collect as little as possible, and we never collect anything about the store you run or the platform you choose.

Information we collect

POD Platform Review is a content site. We do not ask you to create an account, and there are no sign-up forms, so we do not collect names, email addresses, or other details you would type in. If you email us at contact@podplatformreview.com, for example to report a fee that has changed or a platform missing from PODbase, we keep your message and your address only for as long as we need them to reply, and we do not add you to any list.

If analytics is enabled, we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic: pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and referring source. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

Our tools

The Profit Calculator runs entirely in your browser. The product, price and cost figures you enter are kept in your own browser's storage so they are still there when you come back, and the calculator's Clear button removes them. They are never sent to us. PODbase works the same way: the filters you tick are kept in the page address so you can bookmark or share a shortlist, and nothing you select is recorded on our side.

Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising. Any cookies present come from the analytics tools described above and are used only to measure aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

Outbound links

Our reviews and comparisons link to the platforms we cover, Printful, Printify, Gelato and the others in PODbase, and every PODbase record links to the pricing or help page it was checked against. Some links to Printful carry campaign tags (UTM parameters) so Printful can attribute referral visits from POD Platform Review. When you follow any of these links, the destination site's own privacy policy governs what it collects.

Third parties

We rely on a hosting provider to serve the site and, where enabled, an analytics provider to measure traffic. These providers process technical data (such as your IP address) only to deliver and measure the site. We do not sell your data, and we do not collect the kind of data that could be sold.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

Because we do not collect personal information through forms or accounts, there is nothing for us to look up, export, or delete on request. To clear the figures the Profit Calculator remembers, use its Clear button or clear your browser's site data. To limit analytics, use your browser's privacy controls or a tracker-blocking extension.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
